Jackson Mahomes, the younger sibling of the Kansas City Chiefs’ quarterback, Patrick Mahomes, recently received a six-month unsupervised probation after admitting to a simple battery charge, as per official court documents.

According to Jackson’s attorney, Brandan Davies, Jackson appreciates the support from family and friends over the past year. He entered a plea of no contest for a single charge of simple battery, leading to the six-month probation. Davies mentioned that Jackson just wanted to put the case behind him and move forward with his life. The case is now closed, and there won’t be any additional statements.

In May 2023, Mahomes faced charges of three counts of aggravated sexual battery and one count of battery, filed by the Johnson County District Attorney’s Office. However, court records show that the three counts of aggravated sexual battery were later dropped by prosecutors in January.

It’s worth noting that Patrick Mahomes, Jackson’s brother, is the starting quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs, boasting two Super Bowl victories and being the only quarterback to secure the league’s MVP title twice in just six years.

In a separate incident, Patrick Mahomes Sr., their father, was arrested in Texas in February under suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
