On Friday, General Merrick Garland appointed US Attorney David Weiss as special counsel in the case of Joe Biden’s son, “Hunter Biden” to investigate his business dealings. Garland’s decision surely affected Biden’s elections and standing with his party.
Miami Mayor & GOP Presidential Candidate, Francis Suarez was asked about his opinion on this decision during a press conference. Francis replied, “I’m not shocked. I’m not shocked by that at all. I think that there’s a perception among Republicans that there’s a two-tier system. So, I think it’s gonna be welcoming…. there’s gonna be hopefully a transparent and deep investigation…” He also says, “I want to get to a place where we are focussing on all of your prosperity, how do we make this country do better for the future generation and I don’t think continuously litigating what’s happened in the past is going to create prosperity for the future”.
